Our experience in the yachting industry allows us to foresee the ordinary and extraordinary problems that make working on a megayacht an intense and exhausting vocation. That is why in 2001 we decided to create a company that can provide complete support to captains and crews; a company composed of passionate and professional people who are capable of listening and taking action. Our quick and constant growth that we have experienced since our founding is a definite signal that we are on the right track.

To guarantee rapid and high quality services, Nautica Assistance is divided into three different departments that operate in complete synergy allowing it to encompass the full circle of possible requests. The technical department manages any request for repairs and technical supplies. The Food & Drink department supplies ship provisions and the logistical department coordinates all the operations and other services from berth reservations to the organization of island tours.

The central office, located in the Olbia industrial zone, is where the company coordinates all the operations and is home to the commercial division, marketing division, administration and management. Nautica Assistance’s 1,500 square meter building includes storage and a sales point for the distribution of nautical products which we represent on the island. We give high priority to direct assistance; consequently we always have qualified staff available to give information and support in Italian, French, English, Spanish, German, Dutch, and Arabic in our offices in the most prestigious marinas of the Northern Sardinian coast (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and Cala di Volpe).
