It consists of three large rooms, a terrace with a suggestive view of the harbour and a Bistrot, with a total of 80 indoor and 80 outdoor seats. The rooms are quiet, the furnishings sober and minimalist, embellished by numerous photos and paintings on the walls. Tables and chairs are chocolate-coloured, with red tablecloths and pearl-grey walls. In fine weather it is also possible to eat outdoors. A small but extremely welcoming restaurant, well located in the heart of Cagliari. The outdoor summer spaces create a relaxing atmosphere away from the noise of traffic and people. This small, modern restaurant in a charming street in the town centre is run by two enthusiastic young business partners. The cuisine is traditional with a modern twist, accompanied by wines (including sparkling) from the region. Old sewing machines arranged on a shelf recall the trade of one of the owners’ ancestors – hence the restaurant name (sarti is the Italian for tailors). -
