PORTO CERVO AREA - Forte Cappellini (Phi Beach)
The main and probably only reason to stay here anchoring off is because of the amazing beach club called Phi Beach. The spot is not exacly into a bay but just in front of the promotory of Forte Capellini, so very exposed to any wind and swell. In the summer time this spot becomes very popular as people can be taken to the club with the tender and dropped to the concrete dock of the Phi Beach Club. Further South you have another bay protected from the Easterly winds, while on the other side the bay of Saline offers great protection from N-NW.GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:- Navigation within 200 m from the coast

PORTO CERVO AREA - Pevero Bay
One of the most popular anchorages of the coast is Pevero Bay, the closest anchorage to Porto Cervo. Sheltered from Westerly winds, the bay is now anchorage free only on the North side, as in the South there is a buoy camp. Good holding with sand and rocks, in the bay there is no possibility to land the tender, as the only dock in Cala Romantica is private. Porto Cervo Marina is one mile inside, this is why it gets very busy with many yachts at anchor during the whole summer.A Beach restaurant available ashore.GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:- Navigation within 200 m from the coast

This is a huge bay that goes from North where Cala di Volpe ends, to the South where the shallow water host a few marinas for small carft. The bay is probably the most populated of the Costa Smeralda, due to the very good protection from prevalent winds, great holding of the anchor, many facilities ashore with restaurants and 20 minutes drive to the airport.
