The cuisine of this Sardinian restaurant offers mainly fish dishes prepared personally by Achille Pinna. Thanks to his frequent travels, Achille has been able to deepen various culinary techniques, perfecting and increasing his skills. In addition to creating his own specialities, the cook also takes care of selecting the best local fresh fish. In this way, he exclusively offers dishes with unique flavours and undisputed quality. He is an expert cook who has received several prizes and awards in his now 20-year career, such as the Sardinian Restaurant of the Year Award presented in 2009 by the Italian Sommelier Association.
