yacht agents and all people involved in the yachting industry to find in our DISCOVER SARDINIA section the right operational tool for cruising Sardinia.
Nautica Assistance reserves the right to accept or decline the registration.
Once accepted you will be receiving an access code with a validity of six months.
In the NW area of Sardinia, specifically from Alghero to Costa Paradiso, from West to East, yachts will have to care about the following restrictions.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:
- Navigation within 200 m from the coast - Anchoring within 200 m from the coast - 10 knots speed limit within 1 km from the coast - Running any craft within 200 m from the coast with engines on - Tying lines to rocks
ALGHERO AREA:
- Given official anchorage points in the area of Alghero'port; - Jet Skis at 500m from the coast during sumemr period, with speed limits as per Jet skis and Water toys regulations attached - Anchorage restriction as per Marine protected area of Capo Caccia - Porto Conte - Isola Piana; - Within the "Capo Caccia - Porto Conte - Isola Piana" marine protected area it is forbidden: to drive jet skies and consequently: a) to compete at speed; b) to tow the water skier, the paratrooper, the inflatable float (so-called banana-boat and the like), snorkelers and in general to tow things or people unless expressly authorized by the competent authority.
ASINARA AREA:
- Anchorage restriction as per Marine protected area of Asinara National Park attached; - Use of Jet skis forbidden in the Asinara Park area
