After the first arrival in Sardinia any boat that goes to Corsica and returns to the same port (or close ports / area) with the same people on board NO health doc is to be done. Not even if you move to various ports in Sardinia and never go to Corsica.
Eg: from PC to Bonifacio then they return to PC, or Golfo Aranci, or PR, or Santa Teresa, etc.
If, on the other hand, after passing through Corsica, they go to a different area of Sardinia and / or embark different people, they will send a maritime health declaration, crew list and any updated guest list (as for a new EU entry).
Eg: from PC to Bonifacio then they go to Alghero and / or embark other people.
NOTE:
- All the docs have to be filled in with precise date of arrival and all the precise details. On Maritime Health Declaration doc, dully fill in the first pages, also the YES / NO reply only with cross or circle; Annex I COMPULSORY; Annex 2 to be filled in only in case of ill persons on board.
- All boats doing LPS -> have to wait for the Maritime Health authorization in order to confirm the entrance.
- All boats not doing LPS -> in the absence of negative responses to the Maritime Health Declaration doc, the boat can enter and at that point it is the maritime authority that authorizes it; otherwise, the Health Maritime Authorities may also have the Public Traveler Health Doc form filled in for each crew and make further checks.
