No access to mainland shores and social distance must be kept from other boat operators. Permitted activities: guests may enjoy the facility of the vessel, their immediate surrounding waters to include swimming, snorkeling and watersports (No jet ski activities). If anchored in Crocus Bay, vessels may use their tender to visit Little Bay Marine Park for snorkeling and sightseeing (no contact with local service providers); fishing permits can be handled by the agent; day trips to the OFFSHORE CAYS - beach set-ups will be permitted solely on a pre-reserved private first-come-first-serve basis without interaction with any service providers. Private beach set-ups (buyouts) offered by Sandy Island & Dog Island. Semi private on Prickly Pear. 
Option 2: Anchorage with Approved Shore Access Use of Q-flag during duration of stay. Following testing and results, guests are free to participate in certain activities, including: golf, scuba diving, offshore cay excursions, dining at certified restaurants

COVID ARRIVAL BY VESSEL:  If coming from WITHIN the Caricom “bubble” (Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Monsterrat, Anguilla, BVIs), must have a Negative PCR Covid-19 test result within seven days prior to travel. No quarantine required. Must have been in the bubble for a minimum of 14 consecutive days prior to travel. 
If coming from ANYWHERE outside the Caricom bubble, must have a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within seven days prior to travel. In addition, a 14-day quarantine is now required (sea time counts toward the quarantine). Arriving vessels/passengers can OPT to re-test upon arrival to shorten the quarantine period, but MUST remain in quarantine until results of the test are received (results take several days generally).

If all on board have valid PCR tests, there were no stops at other ports since the
port of origin, and the logged data indicates no covid-19 signs or symptoms of
any member during the journey, then the time at sea shall be deemed valid as
quarantine time. If less than fourteen days, then the remaining days of
quarantine must be done on arrival.

FORMALITIES: All arrival vessels must be flying their Q flags (Quarantine flags).
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda advise that all crafts entering the waters of Antigua and Barbuda should contact the St John’s Harbour, using VHF Channel 16, at least six (6) hours prior to arrival. Instructions will be given to guide the crafts to the designated Port Health Station or to a holding area.
OTHER NOTES: English Harbour and Nevis Street Pier are the only two ports open at this time.


BAHAMAS

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY VESSEL: Covid-19 RT-PCR test required for everyone over the age of 10 – must not be older than 5 days. Those persons required to take the Covid-19 RT-PCR test must show negative from an accredited Lab and upload to the Bahamas Health Travel Visa site.
An additional rapid test must be taken on the 5th day.

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY VESSEL: ​Protocol for Vessel arrival will require certified RT-PCR testing and provide for quarantine accommodations within the vessel as well as restricted movement within Territorial waters.
- All arrivals must have a negative rt-PCR test from within 3-5 day prior to arrival - depending on home country-.
- 4 days quarantine will be undertaken on the vessel at mooring sites. Sites are yet to be approved by the Minister for Health and Social Development in consultation with the Minister for Natural resources, Labour and Immigration. Quarantine for 4 days (can be done on board in limited mooring areas). During quarantine, can’t be more than 30 feet from Vessel
- Government has decided that all vessels will be able to move within territorial waters during the quarantine period but they may only moor at the approved site as directed (once approved) by the Ministers
- Mega yachts will be approved entry in accordance with established marine protocols.
COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY PLANE: ​a Certified RT-PCR COVID-19 negative test within 5 days prior to arrival for all travelers from low risk countries; and within 3 days prior to arrival for all travelers from medium and high risk countries.
Procedure then will require:
- a test on arrival, which if negative, allows controlled movement within the confined of an approved property and
- a test after 4 days of quarantine which if negative, allows movement within the Territory.
Government has decided that a traveler who tests positive before arrival will not be allowed to enter the BVI.
All travelers will need to register on the BVI Travel Gateway website BVI - Travel Authorisation to receive their travel authorization (BVI Gateway Travel Certificate) into the BVI's.  
QUARANTINE COMPULSORY: A positive test at any stage upon arrival will require a fourteen 14 days quarantine.

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY PLANE: No COVID test is required, However, rapid tests will be given to randomly selected travelers upon arrival, such as the breath test for COVID-19.
The breath tests will also be administered to all passengers with symptoms. Passengers under the age of five and crew members are exempt from this requirement.
In addition, all persons entering the country must complete a Traveler’s Health Affidavit that will be provided by the airline and/or Dominican immigration authorities. In this declaration, passengers
must indicate if they have felt symptoms related to COVID-19 in the last 72 hours and provide their contact information for the next 30 days.

GRENADA

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY VESSEL: All people arriving by Vessel must have a negative rt-PCR test within 7 days of travel to Grenada (children 5 & under are exempt). Those arriving by sea shall be first assessed by health officials (their travel history being a key factor to be taken into account) before being granted authorisation to enter.

Arrivals must quarantine 5-7 days. This quarantine can be done on board.
If a guest arrives in Grenada, they may go directly to Vessel and depart the same day. Grenada has a private jet protocol and 'safe corridor' to vessel - guests do not need to do any quarantine if the vessel leaves on the same date as guests arrive.
Applications for such must be made in advance (8 days prior to arrival).
QUARANTINE COMPULSORY: Arrivals by air have to quarantine for 5-7 days in approved accommodation - persons are re-tested on day 4 before they are allowed into the community. Mega yacht guests do not have to quarantine if the vessel is ready to clear out on the
same date as their arrival (by air). Mega yacht guests can otherwise perform quarantine aboard their vessel in the quarantine anchorage.

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY VESSEL: a negative rt-PCR test from 72 hours prior to arrival: all yachts arriving must submit negative an official COVID 19 RT-PCR negative test result from a CLIA/CDC/UKAS approved lab accredited with ISO/IEC 17025 standard, taken prior to 72 hours of travel. ​Transit time of isolation aboard from the last port of call will be deducted from quarantine days upon arrival.
COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY PLANE: Crew and guests are able to fly into St. Kitts, be transported directly to Vessel and Vessel can depart without completing quarantine. Otherwise, quarantine would be reset for Vessel. Crew and guests are able to be transported securely from Vessel to the airport to depart even if quarantine is not complete. Transit time of isolation aboard from the last port of call will be deducted from quarantine days upon arrival.
QUARANTINE COMPULSORY: 14 day Quarantine aboard and no step ashore. All yachts must complete a 14-day quarantine (sea time does apply to this quarantine period).
Crew arrivals/ departures, arriving crew will have to complete 14 days quarantine at a hotel, or in case quarantine will be done aboard, the entire yacht will reset to full quarantine for all crew.
Safe Transit corridor for arriving guests to join the yacht. Once the guests join the yacht, the boat will reset the quarantine period.
The vessel can depart the Federation without completing a quarantine time.
If the vessel wishes to home port then a 14 day quarantine on board will be required.
There is a secure corridor for any crew/ guest arrival/departures.

This quarantine can be done on board. During the quarantine period, yachts are free to move and anchor, and profit from St. Lucia’s waters – but are not permitted to go on shore.

- Option 1: Provide negative rt-PCR test from within 120 hours of departure from last port (no quarantine) or travelers originating from a country that is categorized as high or moderate risk can do an antigen test for the SARS-COV-2 virus obtained from a naso-pharyngeal swab performed within 48 hours prior to departure to Sint Maarten. Only the following antigen tests are approved: the Becton Dickinson (BD) Veritor Plus antigen test, the Abbott Panbio Covid-19 antigen test and the Roche/SD Biosensor F antigen test. Tests performed outside of the 48 hours period or other brand and type of antigen tests will not be accepted.
- Option 2: Test within 24 hours of arrival (quarantine until negative results received).

If Vessel arriving from low-risk country:

Sterile Corridor for private flight departure: guests are able to depart (directly from Vessel to FBO) without PCR test under strict sanitary procedures.

COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY PLANE: International airport is currently open for international flights arriving from all destinations. All people arriving by flight must have a negative rt-PCR test taken within 120 hours of the last leg of the journey. All arriving passengers must submit an Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) form and receive pre-approval prior to arrival.
QUARANTINE COMPULSORY: No quarantine required.

St VINCENT AND GRENADINES
OPEN TO VISITORS: Yes. St. Vincent & the Grenadines is a low risk country. 
OPEN FOR YACHTS: Yes. Yachts are allowed to enter through the island of Saint Vincent (all entry ports in the Grenadines are closed. LAST UPDATE: Union Island is now open as a port.
COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY VESSEL: COVID-19 PCR test prior to arrival and upon arrival (results within 1-2 days) and await results in quarantine at anchor at the port of entry. If the result is negative for all aboard, the vessel will remain in quarantine until passengers and crew have been re-tested within 5 days. For vessels with long passages, such time may be factored to reduce quarantine. In specific:
If arriving by yacht from HIGH RISK COUNTRIES arrive with a negative PCR test done previously: all aboard will be required to have another COVID-19 PCR test on arrival and await results in quarantine at anchor at the port of entry. The test results usually are available the following day (avoid arrival at weekends!). If the result is negative for all aboard, the vessel will remain in quarantine until passengers and crew have been re-tested and found negative within 5 days. NEW: For vessels with long passages (14 days+), the passage time will be factored to reduce quarantine times.
 If arriving by yacht from MEDIUM RISK countries (Antigua and Barbuda, Cuba, Barbados and Grenada): if time spent in the country is 21 days or more: You must arrive with a COVID-19 test negative result with a test taken within the last 72 hours. Upon arrival you will be re-tested in SVG, and proceed to quarantine aboard (limited contact) for up to 48 hours. If the result is negative you will be free to move, but must self monitor and report temperatures daily. If the period of residence in the medium risk country is fewer than 21 days, you will be treated as High Risk (see above).
If arriving by yacht from LOW RISK countries (Taiwan, Anguilla, Dominica, Monserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis): if time spent in the country is 21
days or more: You must arrive with a COVID-19 test, negative result, with the test taken within the last 72 hours. Upon arrival you may be re-tested in SVG, and at the discretion of the Port Health officer, welcomed into the country, or asked to quarantine aboard (limited contact) for 48 hours. You must self monitor and report temperatures daily. If the period of residence in the low risk country was fewer than 21 days, you will be treated as High Risk.
COVID TEST ARRIVAL BY PLANE: 
- Passengers arriving by commercial plane must quarantine ashore for 5 days.  They must arrive with a negative PCR test within 72 hours, will be tested upon arrival and again 4 days later.
- Passengers arriving by private plane must have a negative PCR test within 72 hours, will be tested upon arrival and be allowed to go onboard a yacht to quarantine until a negative result is received.
QUARANTINE COMPULSORY:  Crew members who test positive will be isolated at shore-based
quarantine facility. The positive crew members will be retested per protocols; as will the crew remaining aboard. The vessel will remain in quarantine till negative results are received from all aboard for two successive tests. The crew or guest that tested positive will need to quarantine until he/she has two successive negative tests (generally 9-16 days).

If a non-US citizen guest has been in any of the following countries in the past 14 days, they will not be granted entry into US or US territorial waters (If close to 14 days prior, US Customs and Border Protection may ask a vessel to remain anchor until the 14 days has been fulfilled): Iran, China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau), the European states within the Schengen Area (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and the Federative Republic of Brazil. Again, yacht crew with B1/B2 or C1/D visas will generally be exempted from this restriction.
