OLBIA, AUGUST 4, 2026 – D-Marin officially launched berthing operations on August 2nd at the new Molo Brin quay in Olbia, welcoming superyachts between 45m and 150m LOA ahead of full completion for the 2027 season. Demonstrating the facility's immediate operational capacity, two mega yachts have already been successfully birthed within the first 48 hours.
This marks a major milestone for superyacht logistics in northern Sardinia, as the newly opened facility in the heart of Olbia's downtown is designated for large super, mega, and giga yachts with a length overall (LOA) ranging from 45 meters (148 feet) up to 150 meters (492 feet).

Official Opening & Track Record: Berthing became operational on August 2nd, with two successful mega yacht berthing operations seamlessly completed within the first 48 hours.

Vessel Size Requirements: Minimum 45m LOA up to 150m maximum LOA.

Quay Status & Timeline: Open for berthing now, with construction ongoing. The marina will be fully completed and fully serviced for the 2027 yachting season.

Utilities: No shore power (electricity) or fresh water connections are currently available on the quay during this initial phase. Vessels must be self-sufficient.

Navigation & Manoeuvring: Mandatory pilotage for all entry and berthing procedures.
