1. OFFER VALIDITY TIME
The quotationand the cart will be valid for 7 days by the described date. After thi date, Nautica Assistance will not guarantee its validity, therefore we reserve the right to
consider the order invalid if necessary.
By accepting order and payment, the customer sends to Nautica Assistance a request to purchase the products required.
Order submission implies the agreement (in accordance with art. 10 DL 196/2003) to receive communications to complete the order and therefore the sales contract in the ways
and times described.
We also remind you that all orders are individually handled.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
The order is considered placed once the payment has been received.
We can never cancel the order when goods are already shipped.
We remind you that the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 of 02.21-14) is applicable only to final consumers and never to companies or individuals in
possession of VAT number.

5. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times starts on all technical detail of the order have been agreed and Nautica Assistance has received all the approvals/informations and necessary conditions to go
ahead with the order.
Delivery times are indicatively defined by Nautica Assistance and they are based on courier directions. If the circumstances differ from those known to Nautica Assistance when
the delivery date has been established, We can extend the timing according to the time necessary for the execution of the order considering the new circumstances.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated dependin on every single order and they will be reported in the quotation. The customer will able to require a different shipping methods
once received the quotation.
7. WHAT TO DO ONCE THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED
when porducts will be received, before signing transport document, the customer will verify that the goods are in good conditions, checking that parcels have not been opened
or manipulated. For every problem signing "received under reservation" with a description in delivery document (Package broken, Package manipulated, etc...). Send us a mail
with package number, a complete damage description, and a copy of document signed under reservation. Remember to preserve the packaging and all could be help us to solve the
problem in the easiest and fastest way. If the customer don't sign under reservation, the courier sevice is relieved of any further responsibility regard the shipment.
Payment will be agreed once the order will be confirmed. We accept advance bank transfer, Paypal, credit card payment, cash on delivery. Delivery process start once payment
will be completed.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withddrawalis valid only for PRIVATE CUSTOMERS (in accordance with D.Lgs 21 del 21-02-14).
The return cost will be at customer's charge, in accordance with new regulations of D.Lgs 21 del 21-02-14.
10.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nautica Assistance doesn't accept requests for a partial or total refund due to delays clearly attribuable to:
- Courier (for example delays, route cancellation, data input mistakes etc.)
- Reasons of force majeure (bad weather, accident, etc.)
- Wrong or incomplete shipping address
- For delays attributable to customers:
- delays in order confirmation
- delays in communication
- delays in payments and payment accountant sending
- recipient not available by phone
- recipient not present for the collection of the goods
