Graduated at the School for Hotel Management in Sardinia, I joined the maritime business when I was asked to board a Motor Yacht as mate for a season. That season lasted almost ten years, and during this period I became engineer, visited half the world, and gained tons of experience. Nautica Assistance was the logic consequence that allowed me to use that experience in my homeland, Sardinia. I was very lucky with my project, as, beside the right moment in the right place, I kept finding fantastic people who joined the company and really helped building the concept. I believe I am in love with this business, mainly with all the crew, I have so much respect for such a lovely job and running a company that aims me to help these people is a dream that comes true.

I' ve been always a dreamer from when I was a little child and for this reason I couldn't avoid to fall in love with the NA dream since the very first moment, when my husband has dreamt it. My skills and my professionality in the luxury yachting field has grown through the experience, my passion and intuition has allowed me to be involved completely in the creation, start up and growth of each department of the agency as it is today. I have seen NA while becoming day after day what initially was just an idea. From 2006 I am in charge of both the administrative and the human resources depts, as a real consequence of my carrier in NA. In the last years I have luckly achieved many goals but the most important is definitely to become mother of two beautiful girls Nicole e Beatrice. Their enthusiasm in facing the everyday challenges represents for me the biggest inspirational example.

Always passionate about the sailing sector and two wheels, the same day that in 2010 I left Sardinia to continue training, I promised myself to return - one day - to this island, bringing back useful experiences for this land and for the increase in its potential. It is luck, karma or destiny that in 2022 leads me to meet N.A., making that dream possible, making it coincide the passion and study of the Human Resources world with love for my dear land and the nautical sector; ... if you also happen to find an amazing team always ready to change and a corporate culture in which the person is really the nerve center of business development .. well I would say that “here we are!” .. there is nothing but thanking all the people every day that you met on your path to allow yourself today to continue growing.

After four years in London as Assistant General Manager in a famous restaurant chain, I have decided to follow that small voice inside me asking continuously to be back to our beautiful island. I have then decided to improve my carrier with a University course in Sciences of Cultural Tourism. The destiny has brought me to join NA team in 2011 and from that moment yachting has become part of my life. After two years in the concierge department, one in the provisioning department and four in the shipping department, I'm now very happy and definitely ready to handle yacht operation as Yacht agent and start this new journey in the Sales dept as Yacht agent.I love reading, cinema, shopping, travelling whenever is possible and definitely having nice walks in our beautiful beaches, even during winter time, especially in the last years when I have been lucky enough to spend my winter time in Antigua looking after our clients there!

After the degree in Foreign Languages I moved to Dublin where I worked for almost 3 years at Barclaycard International, as agent of the Customer Service and Administration Team.I had a beautiful experience, Ireland is such an amazing place, but my heart belonged to another beautiful island.
That’s why in 2010 I moved back to Sardinia to join the Nautica Assistance Team where I am now in charge of logistic support to the yachts and HR.

Sea lover, freediver, swing-dancer, passionate for travelling, tiramisù and table football.
I moved to London for 10 years, after a degree in languages and started a career as an event manager. Whilst completing a master degree in Conference and Events Management I started working for the Financial Times events department as events project manager, working with high level clients and travelling the world managing their time up to their standards. The love for my island, the light in my eyes when talking about it and promoting it to foreign friends took me back to Sardinia in 2016, like following a mermaid singing.
I joined Nautica Assistance in April 2018 after travelling solo throught India, where I studied and practiced yoga for two months. Based in Cagliari, South Sardinia, I personally enjoy experiencing most activities, adventures, beaches and menus to make sure you’ll comfortably experience the best hidden gems in luxury.

Translator by training, after my Master’s Degree In Technical Translation and Liaison Interpreting obtained at the School for Interpreters and Translators in Trieste, I gained different working experiences abroad, in Spain, Ireland, and Luxembourg, where in 2013 I worked as a Terminologist in the Terminology Coordination Unit. But my soul belongs to my beautiful Sardinia, that’s why I came back to the island. Joining Nautica Assistance meant joining a great company where I could finally put into practise all the skills that I have developed abroad.

Upon graduating in 'Languages and Communication', I quickly recognised my true passions lay in tourism and the luxury industry. For nearly seven years, I immersed myself in the enchanting ambiance of the Emerald Coast, now a place I fondly refer to as my second home. During this time, I served as a receptionist and concierge assistant in prestigious 4- and 5-star hotels.
Driven by a desire to challenge myself and expand my horizons, I sought diverse work experiences in various settings and cities, including Rome, London, and Cortina d'Ampezzo. My commitment to achieving personal and professional goals brought me to the yachting industry, a dream realised through my role at Nautica Assistance.
While I consider myself a devoted bookworm, I am equally passionate about savoring good and simple food, strolling in nature, and spending leisure moments by the sea. However, what truly brings me joy is exploring different corners of the world and cultivating new friendships along the way.

I've always been a passionate traveller and from an early age I started to pack my suitcase for long journeys. My enthusiasm for discovering new places and leaving abroad also made me appreciate how wonderful home is. The quality of life in Sardinia cannot be taken for granted. Moving to Sardinia means indeed moving away from the hustle and bustle of the city and getting closer to nature, which brings each of us closer to a simpler and more authentic way of life.
Working for NA, gave me the opportunity to travel during the winter season and have Sardinia as main base the rest of the year. And, most important thing, it's not everyday that you get to work with a big and loving family!!
In my free time I alternate times of pure laziness watching tv series, to times filled with adventures surrounded by nature. Whether at home or not though, tasting good food is always the main activity!

This is one of the reasons for which I felt it always special to be part of NA team. My degree in Economy allowed me to be in charge of the accounting department.Make it squared is always better then make it round!

Graduated in law in 2011 in Siena, after eight wonderful years in Tuscany I decided to come back to the beautiful island of Sardinia, where I was born and raised, to continue my professional journey.I continued studying and completed my lawyer practise in 2014. By the time I had finished, I felt ready to face new professional challenges.
I joined NA in 2015 as part of the Account Department- Client Division.
From the beginning, I felt comfortable with my new team and I understood that I would fit in and I would enjoy this new experience.
Taking on this role gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about the Nautical industry.
NA has been, and still is, a great opportunity for me to grow professionally.

I found myself immersed in the realm of accounting more by destiny than personal choice, beginning my journey as an employee in an accounting firm.Passionate about food and travel, over the years, I have always wanted to integrate my professional side with my personal curiosities and passions, especially delving into languages.
Since entering the world of yachting in 2018, I have come to understand not only that this fusion is possible but also that it is feasible to combine work and passion with a team of colleagues with whom to have fun and share stimulating experiences.
I landed in NA in the midst of 2023, and every day presents itself full of discoveries and new awareness. With a sense of humility, acknowledging the perpetual journey of growth, and an eagerness to actively participate, I am confident that the path I will tread is unequivocally... FORWARD.

As a genuinely sociable individual, I delight in connecting with people and relishing shared moments. Yet, there's an equally profound joy in losing myself in the pages of a compelling book, accompanied by the soothing melodies of music, all against the backdrop of our stunning beaches. It's the perfect balance of vibrant social interactions and serene solitary pleasures.
To be fair, I’m a food lover, so I would never say NO to a dinner with friends.

After spending numerous years in London and earning a degree in Business and Management, I decided to trust my instincts and returned to our picturesque Sardinia looking for a life by the sea. I have always been curious, passionate about traveling from my earliest memories, and ever-ready for the next adventure. Outdoor activities, hiking, music, and reading are the pursuits I find most enjoyable.
I genuinely believe that my journey led me to Nautica Assistance by design. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to delve into the yachting world, a world I've always aspired to explore.

I have a strong bond with the sea, even though I was born away from the coast.
I spent my last 4 years sailing the Med and the Caribbean, I crossed the Atlantic on a sailboat, one time, from west to east, in a duo.
Before that, I have been a "woman of the Production", I worked for 8 years in the most renowned Italian Shipyards managing many warranty works, the construction of a 46m and some epic refittings. My favourites.
I've always been a maverick, but I love to be part of a team. I need it.
Sardinia is a choice, the safe port where I go back every time.

I have been a technical assistant for many years, working on electromechanical and hydraulic systems. My experience in NA has started in 2010 when I decided to lay everything on the line and quit a successful career in order to pursue a new experience. In charge of the store department now.

I arrived at the Depot department in 2018 and now I deal with the online store and I try to do my best to give my contribution to the NA team.
Passionate about sailing boats from an early age, I worked previously for 4 years providing support to the teams during the regattas in Porto Cervo.
Outside of the nautical world my passions range from sports to reading, from computer science to japanese anime.
