Graduated at the School for Hotel Management in Sardinia, I joined the maritime business when I was asked to board a Motor Yacht as mate for a season. That season lasted almost ten years, and during this period I became engineer, visited half the world, and gained tons of experience. Nautica Assistance was the logic consequence that allowed me to use that experience in my homeland,  Sardinia.  I was very lucky with my project, as, beside the right moment in the right place, I kept finding fantastic people who joined the company and really helped building the concept. I believe I am in love with this business, mainly with all the crew, I have so much respect for such a lovely job and running a company that aims me to help these people is a dream that comes true.

I' ve been always a dreamer from when I was a little child and for this reason I couldn't avoid to fall in love with the NA dream since the very first moment, when my husband has dreamt it. My skills and my professionality in the luxury yachting field has grown through the experience, my passion and intuition has allowed me to be involved completely in the creation, start up and growth of each department of the agency as it is today. I have seen NA while becoming day after day what initially was just an idea. From 2006 I am in charge of both the administrative and the human resources depts, as a real consequence of my carrier in NA. In the last years I have luckly achieved many goals but the most important is definitely to become mother of two beautiful girls Nicole e Beatrice. Their enthusiasm in facing the everyday challenges represents for me the biggest inspirational example.

I have built my career around the sea, entrepreneurship, and a genuine passion for helping others. With more than 12 years of experience in the yachting industry—including time as a yacht captain—I combine first-hand operational knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the Caribbean.

Today, I lead Nautica Assistance’s Caribbean branch, coordinating yacht agency, concierge, provisioning, logistics, and technical support throughout the region. Known for my practical mindset, responsiveness, and solution-oriented approach, I am committed to making every yacht call seamless—from the initial request to final departure.

I joined NA in 2009, after working for 7 years as accountant for other companies. From the very beginning I felt like being home with my friends. This is one of the reasons for which I felt it always special to be part of NA team. My degree in Economy allowed me to be in charge of the accounting department.

Always passionate about the sailing sector and two wheels, the same day that in 2010 I left Sardinia to continue training, I promised myself to return - one day - to this island, bringing back useful experiences for this land and for the increase in its potential. It is luck, karma or destiny that in 2022 leads me to meet N.A., making that dream possible, making it coincide the passion and study of the Human Resources world with love for my dear land and the nautical sector; ... if you also happen to find an amazing team always ready to  change and a corporate culture in which the person is really the nerve center of business development .. well I would say that “here we are!” .. there is nothing but thanking all the people every day that you met on your path to allow yourself today to continue growing.

What began at Nautica Assistance in 2018 as a new professional chapter of my life soon became much more than a job. And what initially seemed so different from my previous path in Translation and Terminology has proven to be an engaging and inspiring journey. Over these years, I have worked across several departments at NA, including Provisions, Concierge, and Agency, and since 2022 I have also spent part of the winter season in our Caribbean office in Sint Maarten, my happy place. This broad experience within the company now allows me to work alongside my colleagues in our South Sardinia office in Cagliari, supporting Captains and crew in offering guests onboard an authentic and memorable experience of southern Sardinia and its beautiful sea.

After four years in London as Assistant General Manager in a famous restaurant chain, I have decided to follow that small voice inside me asking continuously to be back to our beautiful island.  I have then decided to improve my carrier with a University course in Sciences of Cultural Tourism. The destiny has brought me to join NA team in 2011 and from that moment yachting has become part of my life. After two years in the concierge department, one in the provisioning department and four in the shipping department, I'm now very happy and definitely ready to handle yacht operation as Yacht agent and start this new journey in the Sales dept as Yacht agent.
I love reading, cinema, shopping, travelling whenever is possible and definitely having nice walks in our beautiful beaches, even during winter time, especially in the last years when I have been lucky enough to spend my winter time in Antigua looking after our clients there!

My interest in the yachting industry stems from a combination of two passions: tourism and the sea. After earning a Master's Degree in Tourism Studies, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in an international environment where I could work with people from different backgrounds and contribute to creating memorable experiences.

Yachting proved to be the perfect fit, allowing me to combine my academic background with my passion for the maritime world. What I enjoy most about this industry is its dynamic nature, where every day brings new challenges, new destinations, and new opportunities to learn and grow.

Living and working between Italy, London, the Caribbean and the Maldives allowed me to develop an international mindset and a strong appreciation for luxury hospitality standards, while remaining deeply connected to my island roots.

I am passionate about creating authentic experiences that allow people to truly discover and connect with a destination, its ocean, its culture and its identity. I am also naturally drawn to the operational side of yachting, understanding how movements, itineraries and life on board come together to create seamless experiences at sea.

For me, working night coverage in yacht assistance is far more than a job—it is about being part of a service that provides continuity, support, and reassurance whenever it is needed. Vessels are living, miniature worlds in constant motion, where every detail matters and every decision can have an impact. Helping ensure their smooth operation when the rest of the world goes quiet is both a responsibility and something I genuinely enjoy.

Behind every late-night call or email is a crew navigating challenges, making decisions under pressure, and trusting someone on the other end to respond with care, efficiency, and discretion. Being able to provide reliable support with a calm and attentive approach is what makes this role truly rewarding. Every night brings new situations, encouraging me to combine experience with curiosity, remain adaptable, and continue learning.

My journey in the maritime world began in 1987 as a Hyperbaric Commercial Diver. From that moment on, the sea and boats have been far more than just a job; they became the landscape where I grew professionally, experiencing this sector from every possible angle: shipyard life, marina management, and commanding pleasure yachts.

From 2007 to the present, this deep technical expertise has allowed me to captain vessels for leading companies in the luxury charter sector. The owners who have worked with me have always placed their utmost trust in me, granting special mandates for the total management of their vessels: from commissioning and crew recruitment to decommissioning and the delicate process of full winterization.

I strongly believe in transferring knowledge and in the attention to detail: for this reason, I proudly served as an instructor in a master's program organized by a major yachting Brand, teaching onboard operations management, maintenance, and the luxury hospitality standards required in this industry.

Today, I am facing a new professional challenge: joining a Great Group, Nautica Assistance, which is composed of a team of professionals working in perfect synergy for a single purpose—assisting yachting units worldwide with love, dedication, availability, courtesy, and the highest level of professionalism.

Graduated in law in 2011 in Siena, after eight wonderful years in Tuscany I decided to come back to the beautiful island of Sardinia, where I was born and raised, to continue my professional journey.
I continued studying and completed my lawyer practise in 2014. By the time I had finished, I felt ready to face new professional challenges.
I joined NA in 2015 as part of the Account Department- Client Division.
From the beginning, I felt comfortable with my new team and I understood that I would fit in and I would enjoy this new experience.
Taking on this role gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about the Nautical industry.
NA has been, and still is, a great opportunity for me to grow professionally.

Since entering the world of yachting in 2018, I have come to understand not only that this fusion is possible but also that it is feasible to combine work and passion with a team of colleagues with whom to have fun and share stimulating experiences.
I landed in NA in the midst of 2023, and every day presents itself full of discoveries and new awareness. With a sense of humility, acknowledging the perpetual journey of growth, and an eagerness to actively participate, I am confident that the path I will tread is unequivocally... FORWARD.
