Nautica Assistance reserves the right to accept or decline the registration.
Once accepted you will be receiving an access code with a validity of six months.
- Given official anchorage points in the area of Alghero's port - Jet Skis at 500m from the coast during the summer, with speed limits as per Jet skis and Water toys regulations attached - Anchoring restrictions as per Marine protected area of Capo Caccia - Porto Conte - Isola Piana
CAPO CACCIA - ISOLA PIANA - PORTO CONTE MARINE PROTECTED AREA
- The use of jet skis and similar, water skiing and similar water sports, including electrically propelled surfboards and similar, are not permitted in the protected marine area. - Anchoring is not permitted in zone A. - In zones B and C anchoring is not permitted in areas characterized by Posidonia seabeds, meadows, or coralline seabeds. - With prior authorization from the Maritime Authority, in agreement with the managing body of the “Capo Caccia – Isola Piana” Marine Protected Area, naval units not exceeding 500 T., for safety and shelter purposes, and to yachts not exceeding 100 meters l.f.t. for tourist purposes, are allowed to anchor in Delta point:

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:
- Navigation within 200 m from the coast (Please note that the limit is never specified) - Anchoring within 200 m from the coast - 10 knots speed limit within 1 km from the coast - Running any craft within 200 m from the coast with engines on - Tying lines to rocks - Towing unless authorised or in case of emergency
